How your pay works

1. Base pay. Every completed delivery pays a flat ₹15, whatever tier you're on. This never goes down.
2. Tier bonus. On top of that you earn a percentage of the delivery fees you collected today. That percentage is the big number on the bar above.
3. More deliveries, higher percentage. The bar climbs as you complete jobs — 5% to start, up to 45% once you've done 25 in a day.
4. The tier you finish on pays for the whole day. Reach a new tier and it applies to every delivery you already made today, not just the ones after it. That's why one more job can be worth far more than the job itself.
5. It resets each night. At midnight the count returns to zero and you start again at 5% — so the ladder is a daily target, not a rank you keep.

*On a ₹30 delivery fee — base pay plus your share. The actual fee varies from ₹20 to ₹40 with the size of the customer's order, so a bigger basket pays you more too.
